VIVID Impact

How to access VIVID Impact

Step-by-step guide

Once you have signed into your account, you will be able to navigate to the VIVID Impact module by moving to the blue menu bar, located on the left side of your screen and clicking on the “VIVID Impact” icon, as shown in the image above.

Functionalities – VIVID Impact Navigation

You can navigate through the different parts of VIVID Impact, by selecting the appropriate item in the sidebar.

Dashboard

When logging into VIVID Impact, you will be directed to your dashboard. This is the access point to all functionalities of VIVID Impact.  

This section of the module presents you with an overview of your own Impact Units (verified impact/outcome generated over the course of your intervention), Impact Units available on the ledger, and your pending transactions and claims.

Portfolio

Here you can see all the Impact Units you own. Note that Portfolio is different to the Impact Ledger.

In the Portfolio, your Impact Units are organized in “tiles” (list views are also available) that describe the data attached to the Impact Units.

Search for specific Impact Units (1)

  • You can search for Impact Unit in your portfolio by clicking on the filter option located on the top right of the screen and applying those filters that better describe the type of Impact Unit they are looking for.

Impact Ledger

  • The Impact Ledger screen is the collection of all the Impacts Units available for transfer from one user to another. These Impact Units are organized in “tiles” that describe the data attached to them.

Claims

  • The claims screen is the collection of all the Impact Units that have been or are in the process of being claimed by users. 

Transactions

  • The transactions screen is the collection of all the transactions/transfers that have been finalized or in the process of being finalized.

Reporting

  • An Impact Unit allows you to make a Scope 3 claim. The Reporting screen is where you can manage and download the claim data, so you can easily integrate it into your Scope 3 inventory report.
