Lesson 4: Environmental Integrity

OBJECTIVES & KEY LEARNINGS

The main goal of this training is:​

• To provide participants with the tools to understand the key principle of environmental integrity.​

At the end of the training, participants should be able to:​

• Recall the definition and purpose of environmental integrity as a key principle of international carbon market mechanisms under the Paris Agreement.​

• Describe the role of the Integrity Council and its core carbon principles.​

• Explain how integrity can help bring clarity to corporate claims such as Carbon Neutrality.
