Introduction to the GS4GG Certification Process (Option #1)

OBJECTIVE & KEY LEARNINGS

The main goal of this training is:

To provide guidance to a Project Developer on how to certify a project according to the GS4GG standard requirements. 

At the end of the training, participants should be able to:

Carry out the successful submission of all relevant documentation for the certification of an original project according to GS4GG standard requirements.

Understand the different steps involved in the GS4GG Standard.

Special considerations:

The procedures to 1) transition an existing project from the UN CDM or other standards to Gold Standard and/or 2) certify the sustainable development impacts of a project issued under another standard, are outside the scope of this course.
